String Musicians London is proud to specialise in Bollywood music arranged for strings and also for piano – we have a plethora of Bollywood string quartet, trio, violin and cello duo, solo violin and solo piano music at our fingertips. If you want to impress your guests with their Bollywood favourites, and also add some elegance to your event, we’re here to help!

We offer live string performances of Bollywood music for events including:

• Asian Weddings – including your entrance song, cake cutting and first dance

• Awards Ceremonies – most recently we performed at the Indian Achievers Awards

Our violinist and cellist, Francisca and Lucy had the privilege of performing for the Ambani wedding celebrations in India, 2024. The musicians in our team have also performed the premiere of the symphony of the famous Indian star Ilaiyaraaja, and will be performing in Chennai later this summer for a special concert of his music.

Our arrangements of the Bollywood classics are suitable for all ensembles, so whether your budget allows for the full string quartet or a solo violin, we’ve got you covered.

If you wish to have only Bollywood string music at your wedding or special event, we can certainly accommodate up to three hours’ worth of time only performing Bollywood. Most customers like a mix of Bollywood strings and pop, or even adding in a bit of classical music too, dependent on your taste and the demographic of your guests.
